It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Couch, wife to John and devoted mother to Nigel and Rebecca, and proud grandmother to Amalie, Ottilie, Iona and Amalie. Pat passed away peacefully at home on 12th September 2016.

A service took place at St Faith's Crematorium, Norwich,  at 2.45pm on 7th October, which was private to family members and those who have remained close to Pat for a number of years.

The service was led by Sarah Baker, Celebrant, of the Circle of Life, Fakenham.

Reflection period song "Blackbird (singing in the dead of night") kindly sung by Paul Phoenix, ex- Kings Singer.

Funeral Directors were Peter Taylor Ltd of Holt.

Flower arrangements were by Daisys Florists of Holt.
